By simply entering details of your Loan or Mortgage account, the Loancheck service will provide an on – line assessment of your situation, and instantly advice your whether we believe you may have a claim against your Lender.

If you have a claim, we will obtain your account information from the Lender, and put the case forward to a Panel Solicitor. The solicitor will run the case to its conclusion, at no cost to you, using the information provided by yourself in the completion of the LoanCheck and the information provided by your Lender, as evidence to support your claim.

The only cost to yourself, during the entire audit and claim process, is the statutory charge for ordering your Lender to produce the required information.
This cost is set at a maximum of £10.00.
This will be required as a cheque made payable to your Lender.

There is no further financial outlay, no financial risk, and your involvement is minimal.
